~ Posted on March 31st, 2014

Eric Stein refers to himself as a photo conspirator. He has “an obsession to create shared realities that come from other creative minds (or more appropriately, co-conspirators) with their input, in the stew of Art and Commerce.” He has but one goal: create images that sell – Sell ideas. Sell sentiment. Sell interest. To see more of his conceptual collaborations: http://ericsteinphoto.com

Michael spent a Saturday morning at Patrick (a.k.a. “McDreamy”) Dempsey’s home in Malibu to photograph him for the Forbes Life Cover. I always enjoy being on a shoot, but this one I’m definitely sorry to have missed!

~ Posted on August 6th, 2013

One of the most memorable photo shoots I’ve been a part of was in April this year. The most exciting part of the project was working with George Strait. The shoot was for Wrangler; as soon as the ads & TV spots are out I can share the campaign images. These 2 images made it into Cowboys & Indians 20th anniversary issue. Photographed by Paolo Marchesi on George’s ranch in Texas.
