Sandi has been splitting her time between the 2 areas for a while now, but made the road trip with Fletcher and Lola before Christmas and is all set up for business in the new year. We are proud to show off Jeff’s award-winning images from PDN’s Best Friends Ultimate Animal Photo Contest for 2009. Jeff not only won in the category of “My Pet and Me”, took home a merit award for “Humor”, he was also the grand prize winner! It should come as no surprise, as Jeff has been capturing animals and their unique character for commercial advertising and editorial assignments for several years. Jeff has a passion for animals, kids and photography, and has successfully combined all three into a great career. Because of his love for animals, Jeff is active in animal rescue and welfare. His donation from his win for this contest went to Best Friends Animal Society, which runs the largest animal sanctuary in the country. Greg is the latest superstar talent to join our team – we are thrilled! You can see his logo creation in use at http://www.dallaszoo.com. The exhibit opened this past weekend with a lot of fanfare. Greg is an ad industry veteran, having started at a top agency, and then opening his own illustration studio – Artifx – where he has created countless amazing images and art for some of the biggest agencies and high profile clients that include Disney, McDonald’s, Frito-Lay, Mission Foods, Tyson and Warner Bros. For the 2nd time, Lürzer’s Archive 200 Best Ad Photographers has featured the work of Paolo Marchesi. The 416 page volume includes art from 111 photographers nominated by ad agency art directors. Lürzer’s Archive then invites the photographers to submit their best work and an international jury of 8 makes the final selections. Only 17 of the previous winners made it into this volume.
