Tuesday, August 27th, 2013

Big Picture Reps is proud to have two photographers chosen to be in the Communication Arts Photo Annual this year: Fernando Decillis and Terry Vine. That’s impressive considering there were only 130 winning projects included out of 5111 entries. Terry’s series of images from an assignment for the South Texas College of Law Advocacy is in the “Institutional” category. Terry’s website: The two projects from Fernando include a single image he did for self-promotion named “The Calm after the Storm” and a story he did of “The Artist” of the Carnaval de Negros y Blancos. Lifestyle Photographer Terry Vine Launches New Website

Tuesday, December 4th, 2012

I’m in love with Terry’s new website… Stop whatever you are doing now and take a quick peek: The site is simple; that’s what’s so great about it. Easy navigation, large images, clean design.  Within 60 seconds you can tell this is an award-winning lifestyle photographer.  What you might not be able to tell is that not everything is shot in natural light. A lot of  his work is lit with traditional studio lighting, but he’s such a master at it, you can’t tell. And although those of us in the industry love high production value on a shoot, in some of Terry’s work, it’s a realistic enough setting that you can’t tell what all has gone into it – all the behind-the-scenes crew, days of prep, etc. Terry has been very busy – look for new work to show up here soon.

Terry Vine photographs for Texas State Department of Health Services

Terry recently completed a shoot featuring Mother Friendly Worksites. Scheduling shoot days around feeding times, naps and diaper changes for the talent was a bit challenging; as soon as everything was set – wardrobe, mom’s hair & make-up, composition, light –  it was feeding time.  Terry and his crew photographed 8 moms with their new babies in a home setting, and 19 moms in the workplace where breastfeeding is respected. In 5 days they shot at 10 different locations in 2 cities – Austin and San Antonio – including a Whole Foods Market, 2 different corporate offices, an advertising agency, an insurance agency, a cafe, and 2 homes. Big Picture Reps Welcomes Photographer Terry Vine

Wednesday, February 29th, 2012

We are happy to announce the addition of Terry Vine to our photography roster. Terry is a long established shooter with too many awards under his belt to list here. Suffice it to say some of the best work an art director or client will ever do will be on their shoot with Terry.  He specializes in advertising and lifestyle photography – in the areas of children/teens, healthcare, hospitality, and luxury travel destinations. Terry’s assignments have taken him to incredible places all over the world for some of the most well known companies and brands, but at the end of the day, he’s still the nice guy who grew up in rural Ohio and calls Texas home.
