Andrea Rugg Photographs Firelake Grill House & Cocktail Bar at Radisson Blu

Featured as the facility design project of the month in the September issue of Foodservice Equipment & Supplies, the restaurant and bar at the Radisson Blu hotel has an incredible exhibition kitchen. The hotel, which opened in March this year is the first hotel linked by skyway to Minnesota’s world-renowned Mall of America. To read more about the restaurant design:
